| Stables
There are 16 beautifully designed Victorian style boxes. The boxes are spacious , measuring 16 x 13 and are complete with sealed rubber matting floors, timber clad walls and haybars. The barn provides a perfect relaxed environment for the horses with secure and easily manageable working surroundings. |
| Horse walker
Our Monarch horse walker can take 5 horses, is fully rubber paved and is well situated. It is great for cooling down horses after exercise or warming up horses ready for work. |
 | Menage
This has a state of the art all weather surface comprised of silca sand, fibre and rubber making for an excellent working surface. The Menage is surrounded by a 3 rail tenalized wooden fence and is tucked away at the back of the yard making it a perfect peaceful environment to start off the young horses. |
| | Canter Track
Cloverhayes has a fully maintained canter track enclosed within the property. We have arrangements with Local Trainers to use their all-weather gallops for faster work when required.

| | Hacking
Hacking in the immediate area is excellent. There are miles of very quiet country roads & lanes with minimal traffic, steep hills and several bridleways |
 | Turnout Paddocks
We have a total of 15 turnout paddocks, mostly level with excellent drainage. Every paddock has its own gated access and individual automated drinker unit. |
 | Solarium
This boasts many benefits for horses in training or resting including; stimulation of the vascular system, increased blood circulation and a soothing effect which helps improve recovery after heavy efforts.
